Outcomes
What changes when the system is running.
The patterns below show the operating changes we build toward. Each one starts with a workflow that costs time or attention, and ends with a measurable outcome.
Patterns
- Inbound enquiry handling
- Appointment coordination
- Customer retention
How to read this page
These are representative workflow transformations, not named client work. We publish client names and figures only with written permission and a baseline measured before the work started. Where a pattern names a measure, it is what we would track, not a claimed result.
Inbound enquiry handling
Enquiries arrived through a shared inbox, a web form, and the phone. Whoever was free picked them up. Response time depended on the day, and nobody could say how many were still waiting.
Before
- Shared inbox
- Web form
- Phone messages
- Whoever is free
Verdele system
One agent reads every incoming enquiry, qualifies it against the team's own criteria, and drafts a reply. Anything priced above a threshold or outside normal terms goes to a person first.
After
- One qualified queue
- Drafted replies
- Exceptions flagged
- What we would measure
- Time from enquiry received to first substantive reply.
- Where a human approves
- A person approves anything priced above threshold or off terms.
Appointment coordination
Booking involved checking two calendars, a spreadsheet of constraints, and a round of emails. Rescheduling meant repeating all of it.
Before
- Two calendars
- Constraint spreadsheet
- Email round trips
Verdele system
The agent holds the constraints, proposes times that actually work, confirms with both sides, and writes the result back to the calendar and the CRM.
After
- Proposed times that fit
- Both sides confirmed
- CRM written back
- What we would measure
- Coordination minutes per booking, and reschedules per week.
- Where a human approves
- A person confirms any booking outside the standard rules.
Customer retention
Renewals were handled reactively. By the time someone noticed an account had gone quiet, the conversation was already difficult.
Before
- Renewal dates in a sheet
- Quiet accounts unnoticed
- Reactive calls
Verdele system
Engagement and renewal signals are monitored continuously. Accounts that drift trigger a structured touchpoint, and the owner is notified with the context already assembled.
After
- Risk surfaced early
- Context assembled
- Owner notified
- What we would measure
- Days of warning before renewal, and share of at-risk accounts contacted.
- Where a human approves
- The relationship owner decides how and whether to reach out.
What changes on day one.
We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind. These are the operational changes our systems are built to produce, measured against your baseline before we start.
- Response time
- Enquiries are answered in minutes rather than waiting for someone to reach them.
- Manual work
- Repetitive coordination moves out of your team's day and into the system.
- Follow-up coverage
- Every lead and customer gets the follow-up the process says they should.
- Workflow throughput
- More work moves through the same team without adding headcount.
- Operational visibility
- Pipeline and exception state are visible without assembling a report by hand.
- Accountability
- Every step has a clear owner, including the ones the system escalates.
